Insualtion Cable Paper/DDP Paper/Crepe Paper Tube
The papers have good dielectric properties and good mechanical properties after heat solidification. It is to be used in oil-immersed transformers for the insulation between of coils and between layers of oil immerged power distribution transformers.
Diamond pattern paper made of Kraft paper coated with heat curable epoxy resin.The epoxy adhesive is applied to both sides of the paper in a diamond pattern consisting of 9.5mm x9.5mm diamonds with 15.9mm center spacing.
- Insulation class A (105 °C) according to according to IEC 641
- Kraft paper, 100% sulphate pulp
- High purity and mechanical strength
- Color natural
- Baked enamel coating: Epoxy resin , rhombic, one or both sides
- Good compatibility with liquid dielectic after the baked enamel coating has hardened.
- Care should be taken that the that the layers to be baked remain closely pressed against each other during baking time
- Basic thckness: 0.05/0.08/0.13/0.20/0.25
- Sizes: 4*6mm,4*8mm,6*9mm,7*8mm,7*9mm,7*10mm,8*10mm,10*12mm,11*12mm,11*13mm,11*14mm,12*16mm,13*14mm,13*16mm,14*16mm,14*17mm,16*19mm,18*21mm,20*25mm,34*38mm,46*50mm,68*72mm,etc.
- Length: as usual 1000mm or so.
